Perinatal, Maternal, and Reproductive Mental Health
You are not alone, and you are not broken.
I utilize therapeutic approaches that are sensitive to individual needs and supported by research, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tools. Rather than viewing mental health in isolation, I take a whole-person perspective—considering how physical health, social and environmental factors, and interpersonal dynamics may be contributing to distress.
In addition to clinical services, I provide consultation and training for healthcare providers, family members, and academic institutions.
It is a privilege to offer compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized services for individuals navigating reproductive transitions and challenges across the lifespan.
